WebOpen the Ring app. Open the menu (≡), tap Devices, then tap the Alarm Base Station. On the alarm device list, tap the blue status bar at the bottom of the screen. Then tap any Keypads with device updates available. Tap Schedule Update and follow the directions. WebUnplug the Keypad. In the Ring app, tap Menu, then tap Devices, then tap Alarm or Alarm Pro Base Station, then tap Base Station. Tap Device Settings (the gear icon), then Advanced Options, then Z-Wave. Tap Remove Z-Wave Device. Note: Do not tap “Reset Z-Wave Network”.
